Oh, How Pintearesting has started a link up for SLPs. I’m excited about reading everyone’s blogs and finding some new ideas for therapy! You can find the instructions on her blog here: http://howpintearesting.blogspot.com/2013/03/march-2013-slp-link-up.html

Here’s the first picture prompt

Link_up

State of mind- I’m excited to be on spring break. Hopefully warmer Spring weather is coming soon! I’m also excited about spending time with family for Easter.

Loving- Having some time to catch up on reading during Spring break. I love reading, but it’s hard to find time most evenings.

Prepping- Cooking Up Directions by the Speech Bubble. It looks like a great following directions activity and I’m looking forward to using it with my preschoolers. It contains 2 and 3 step directions.

Check out all the other great blogs on Oh, How Pintearesting. Thanks!

Thanks for linking up! What books do you recommend?

  2. Hi Lauren!! I see you joined Laura’s link up right after me! Happy to have found your blog! I’m trying to catch up on my reading over spring break, too!! Seems that all of us SLPs are bookworms!

I just got a library card over my spring break and am also looking for book recommendations! I just started reading The Art of Fielding per another SLP’s suggestion. I’ll let you know if it’s any good 🙂 Nice to ‘meet’ you through the link-up!
